Scandinavia!

Frank and I got home Monday from a wonderful two and a half week trip to Scandinavia. My maternal grandparents have Swedish and Norwegian ancestry so this was a particularly special trip to me. With my combination of jet lag and long days  to start catching back up at work I thought I would just share a few favorite pictures from the trip today. I look forward to sharing more in the future!

WOW! How beautiful these hunts are looking. But when happened to their inhabitant when sudden flood arrives? All the pictures are great and I know I got the reason of the fact why Norway is famous with the name of “land of moonlight”. Amazing photographs Lisa.

Bridget- Thank you! Where in Sweden did you go? We were mostly in Stockholm but we also stopped in Kalmar to see Kalmar Castle.

Lisa, just beautiful photos as always. Sweden and Norway are on our dream list--my husband's paternal family is from Norway and my maternal family is from Sweden. I still have distant cousins living there that we are in contact with. Someday....
