We were in Thailand last month and I loved Chatuchak market. I would've loved to buy things like this, but getting something so big back to South Africa would've been too expensive.

Natasha- Isn't it a fun place to wander around? I picked up a few smaller things, I must admit. South Africa is a lovely country! I spent three weeks there back in 2004 and had a wonderful time hiking in the Drakensberg, spotting animals in Kruger NP and enjoying the coast and Cape Town. I'd love to go back.

Yes, South Africa is beautiful :) I really don't know if I even saw half of Chatuchak, it was so big. I mostly just bought clothes and we got some carved masks.
