Hi Lisa,
Love it - I'm going to NY for the first time in October. Any words of wisdom? Definitely must sees? Great recommendations for dining? I would love to hear your thoughts/suggestions.
Thank you.

Veronique- How fun! New York is an amazing place to visit. I have some posts about my most recent trip (back in December of this past year) here:

If it is your first trip you should definitely go to the top of either the Empire State Building or Top of the Rock to get a view overlooking the city. For discount tickets to theater events you can buy tickets the day of at TKTS booths. Skip the one in Times Square with the huge lines and go to the one at South Street Seaport instead. The line is much shorter there.

Walking along the Brooklyn Bridge is fun and there are so many wonderful museums to visit. I would also recommend visiting Central Park and taking a stroll on the High Line. If you like to cook, the spice shop, Kalustyans, is a fun place to stop. I love to buy bulk spices there.

I could go on and on, but I don't want to ramble. Hope this helps!
