Lisa what a great idea to use graham crackers. We tried a couple of years ago to make the traditional gingerbread house from a kit. It did not go well and our poor little G.B. house looked like it was a survivor of some land disaster. I think the decorating is such fun I may give it a go this year with the graham crackers. Thanks.
